About Me

Hello, and welcome. I’m an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, art psychotherapist, and clinical supervisor dedicated to providing a compassionate, creative, and safe space for healing and growth.

As a PACFA Certified Practising Counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling and Psychotherapy, an Associate Degree in Arts Psychotherapy, specialised training in Clinical Supervision and extensive experience across the helping professions, I believe in looking at the whole person. My approach integrates traditional talk therapy with expressive modalities, allowing you to explore thoughts and emotions that can sometimes be difficult to put into words.

Whether you are navigating life transitions, seeking nervous system regulation, or looking to deepen your self-understanding, or looking for reflective clinical supervision as a practitioner, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward clarity, resilience, and wellbeing.

Areas of Specialty

Emotional Regulation & Nervous System Support Navigating chronic stress, anxiety and big emotions using practical, somatic and regulation-focused tools

Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
Compassionate, empowering support tailored for neurodivergent individuals, honouring unique processing styles and lived experiences.

Expressive & Art Therapy
Alternative pathways for healing and self-expression for clients who find that traditional talk therapy doesn’t quite capture their inner world.

Life Transitions & Burnout Recovery
Holding space through major life shifts, identity exploration, professional burnout, and rebuilding sustainable energy.

Where We Meet

Therapy should fit comfortably into your life, which is why I offer flexible options to suit your needs:

  • In-Person Sessions: Held in a warm, welcoming, and confidential clinic space located in Hope Valley (housed inside Hope Valley Podiatry).

  • Online Telehealth: Secure, convenient online video sessions accessible from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in Australia.

Whether you prefer the grounding feel of an in-person room or the ease of connecting online, both options provide a safe, private environment for our work together.

My approach

My approach integrates creative, evidence-based, and depth-oriented frameworks to meet you exactly where you are. Drawing from integrative psychotherapy, art therapy, and positive behaviour support, I look beyond surface-level challenges to explore the root causes of distress, patterns, and lived experiences.

Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model, I blend talking therapy with creative and somatic-informed processing when words aren't quite enough.

Every strategy, session, and intervention is designed to honour your autonomy, foster nervous system regulation, and cultivate lasting, meaningful change.

My Principles

My work is guided by a core set of values designed to create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for everyone who walks through our doors:

  • Neurodiversity-Affirming: I celebrate individual differences and honour neurodivergent ways of being, ensuring all support is respectful of your unique mind and lived experience.

  • Collaboration & Safety: Healing and growth cannot be rushed or forced. I build a gentle, non-judgmental space where you are always in the driver's seat of your own journey.

  • Holistic Wellbeing: I view mental health through a wide lens—acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind, body, environment, and personal history.

  • Sustainable Practice: Whether in personal therapy or professional supervision, I champion deep self-care and sustainable boundaries to prevent burnout and foster long-term resilience.
